Assistant Manager - HR Analytics

About the role

The Assistant Manager – HR Analytics will support the Real Estate HR function by delivering data‑driven insights, building reporting solutions and automating routine processes. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and department heads, the role ensures accurate manpower cost planning and timely executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support manpower cost analytics, including budgeting, quarterly forecasting and variance analysis for both in‑house and outsourced staff.
• Maintain data integrity and promote adoption of the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) system, providing guidance and training to HR and Finance partners.
• Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards and self‑service reporting tools covering the employee lifecycle.
• Automate recurring HR reports and operational workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint and Copilot Studio, and implement AI‑enabled agents to improve efficiency.
• Prepare clear, visual presentations of data findings, assumptions and recommendations for senior leadership.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior management.
