Assistant Manager – Logistics (Last Mile)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our last‑mile logistics operations for Noon Minutes, our hyper‑local delivery platform serving the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will oversee a high‑volume fleet, ensure operational excellence, and support cross‑functional teams to meet our mission of delivering to every door every day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned fleet across a high‑volume cluster (6‑8 distribution sites) and achieve target KPIs.
• Oversee Fleet Managers in daily operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Allocate manpower across stores and mentor team members to maximise performance.
• Support the Logistics Manager with analysis, best‑practice implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience with direct team management responsibility.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Flexibility to adapt work schedules as operational needs evolve.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
