Assistant Manager – Media Buying (Real Estate)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Media Buying will lead digital media planning, buying and agency management for Dubai Holding Real Estate’s portfolio. The role ensures campaigns are executed on‑time, on‑budget and deliver measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with media agencies, governing digital media plans and approving assets across platforms.
• Oversee execution of always‑on and tactical digital campaigns, aligning with project objectives, budgets and KPIs.
• Coordinate documentation, approvals and timelines in Oracle to ensure seamless campaign rollout.
• Support OOH and DOOH media buying, including site selection, creative adaptation and post‑campaign reporting.
• Partner with Analytics to build performance dashboards, monitor live campaigns and provide optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing (master’s preferred) and 5–7 years of digital media planning/buying experience.
• 2–3 years in a client‑side role or agency managing large‑scale, multi‑campaign portfolios.
• Experience in real‑estate or other high‑consideration sectors is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Digital media buying on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, YouTube, DV360 and emerging programmatic platforms.
• Campaign budgeting, forecasting and performance optimisation.
• Analytics and reporting using GA4, Power BI and Excel.
• Lead generation, funnel management and conversion optimisation.
• OOH/DOOH media planning fundamentals.
• Enterprise systems experience (Oracle, PR/PO workflows).
