Regional Product Marketing Manager – Physical Access Control

About the role

Join HID Global as the Regional Product Marketing Manager for Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) readers in Dubai. You will shape product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and lead market positioning for a world‑leading security technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the product strategy for HID PACS readers across the region.
• Define market requirements, own the high‑level product roadmap and ensure its execution.
• Act as the voice of customers and partners, feeding insights into product management and cloud services.
• Develop pricing, positioning, and launch programs, including collateral, training, and promotional assets.
• Monitor segment performance, revenue, margin trends and advise on growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience, preferably in physical security.
• Proven track record of launching products globally.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and gain consensus in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with SAFe for Lean Enterprises methodology.
• Strong knowledge of physical security and access control systems.
