Assistant Manager Multimedia

About the role

At One&Only Resorts in Dubai, the Assistant Manager Multimedia will elevate the visual and digital presence of the ultra‑luxury beachfront resort. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on design to create multimedia assets that support marketing, F&B, social media and advertising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality creative assets aligned with One&Only brand standards and The Palm’s aesthetic, including brochures, menus, flyers, resort maps, factsheets and invitations.
• Design and produce print and digital materials, ensuring visual identity consistency across guest‑facing and trade‑facing collaterals.
• Support photoshoots and creative production, aligning outputs with brand guidelines.
• Create and adapt visual content for social media platforms (Reels, stories, posts, GIFs, short‑form motion graphics) and assist in content planning.
• Edit video content for digital channels, paid campaigns and F&B promotional assets.
• Manage multimedia libraries, organising imagery, videos and design templates.
• Produce visuals and layouts for digital and print advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong visual storyteller with a luxury design eye.
• Excellent technical skills and understanding of high‑end brand expression across digital and print channels.
• Ability to collaborate with F&B, Sales and Digital departments.
