About the role
Join Fairmont Ajman’s vibrant Food & Beverage team as an Assistant Manager for the Pool & Beach Bar. You will help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury beachfront setting while supporting the overall performance of the outlet.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations of the pool and beach bar, ensuring high‑quality service and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Supervise, motivate and schedule the team; conduct briefings and support recruitment, onboarding and training.
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions and event planning; manage inventory, control costs and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene and alcohol service regulations.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in luxury or upscale Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
