Assistant Manager - Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales will support the brand’s growth by driving revenue, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across our retail stores in Dubai. You will act as a bridge between senior leadership and store teams, implementing SOPs and visual standards while fostering a high‑performing sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Increase business revenues by setting and achieving store sales targets.
• Develop, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures aligned with retail standards.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training and performance management of store staff.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per square foot, and conversion rates.
• Control operational costs through automation and efficient resource utilization.
• Enforce company policies, loss‑prevention guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
• Lead employee development, succession planning and KPI setting for direct reports.
• Conduct regular regional sales and operations meetings and provide feedback to Area and Store Managers.
