Assistant Manager, Sales Operations & Support (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as a part‑time Assistant Manager supporting sales operations. You will ensure that sales reports, dashboards and master data are accurate and readily available for the sales function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards for the sales function.
• Support the GBM and sales teams with data analysis, presentations and performance tracking.
• Maintain trade spend data in the CRM and provide related analysis to stakeholders.
• Prepare data and templates for monthly meetings, MBPC and cluster reporting.
• Manage master data for customers, hierarchies and material extensions in coordination with F&C, Sales and NBS.
• Drive the MOSAIC sales forecast tool process and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate price list communication, product listing/delisting and monthly promotion circulation.
• Assist in calculating sales force incentive payouts and ensure compliance with commercial policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of cross‑functional experience in field sales analysis, sales support or finance, preferably in FMCG.
• Good understanding of sales processes, internal controls and best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, time‑management and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using the MOSAIC forecasting tool.
