Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition you will support end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for assigned divisions of Atlantis, The Palm. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will ensure high‑caliber talent is hired quickly and in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sourcing strategies, manage job postings and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate selection and offer processes.
• Oversee onboarding activities and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, service level agreements and legal standards.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, external partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Strong full‑cycle recruitment expertise from sourcing to onboarding.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and commercially aware.
