Assistant Manager Training

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Training will lead the development and delivery of training programmes for the PV team across UAE and international stands. The role focuses on enhancing team performance, improving sales and tour conversion rates, and ensuring consistent, industry‑standard coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training plans for the entire DAMAC PV team.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires and stand managers.
• Identify skill gaps, tailor training solutions, and resolve specific learning challenges.
• Stay updated on training trends and best practices within the real‑estate sector.
• Create classroom hand‑outs, instructional materials, and manuals.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor the PV team to achieve 100% of tour and sales targets.
• Deliver soft‑skill workshops covering approaching, qualifying, rapport building, and closing techniques.
• Provide product knowledge updates and refresher training for new launches.
• Travel across UAE and internationally as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in training & development, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Team player with experience in distributed teams.
• Willingness to work a full‑time retail schedule (two days off per week) and travel.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
