Assistant Manager, Wealth & Investment Products

About the role

Support the management and enhancement of the bank's wealth and investment product proposition by assisting in product lifecycle management, governance, performance monitoring, MIS reporting and sales enablement across Wealth Management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the lifecycle of wealth and investment products, including mutual funds, fixed income, structured notes, alternative investments, FX products, and deposits.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of product programmes, policies, SOPs, and Key Facts Statements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers for product approvals, launches, and ongoing management.
• Generate and analyse performance metrics, AUM trends, revenue contribution and client feedback to drive product profitability.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards and performance packs for Wealth Management leadership.
• Provide sales teams with product information, training materials, market updates and campaign support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related field.
• 5–7 years of banking or financial services experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Investment Products or Private Banking.
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, fixed income, structured products, FX, alternative investments and deposits.
• Experience in product support, governance, MIS reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of suitability, risk profiling, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS and UAE regulatory requirements.
