About the role
The Assistant Marina Manager will support the day‑to‑day operations of the marina at the BVLGARI Resort in Dubai. Working closely with senior management, the role ensures the marina remains the benchmark for excellence in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the marina’s image and reputation as the leading facility in the region.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Develop and sustain relationships with powerboat manufacturers and key industry partners.
- Deliver and expand services to the local boating community as required.
- Uphold the company’s mission, values and service standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No specific licence or certification required.
