About the role
Join a well‑established restaurant group operating award‑winning venues in Dubai as a Bartender. You will be responsible for preparing drinks and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and present the bar menu.
- Check customers’ identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Required profile
- Proven working experience as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
