Assistant Marketing Manager – UAE

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support Pizza Hut’s brand growth across the UAE, driving strategy execution, new product development, and go‑to‑market launches. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns and innovations resonate with local consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing brand strategies and multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, print, in‑store).
• Own the end‑to‑end new product development pipeline, from concept to launch, coordinating with culinary, supply chain and operations.
• Manage consumer research and concept testing using tools such as Zappi.
• Maintain the annual marketing calendar, aligning NPD launches, seasonal activations and key trading periods.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, digital) and external agencies, ensuring briefs are clear and deliverables meet brand standards.
• Track and report on KPIs for brand and NPD initiatives, providing data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Results‑driven professional with a solid understanding of the UAE food‑service market.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance monitoring.
