About the role

The Assistant Nurse will deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care on a busy medical ward, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role contributes to a safe, supportive environment and helps ensure high standards of clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

Provide quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and UAE legislation.
Identify, prevent, and manage risks to maintain patient safety in line with MCME policies.
Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
Participate in learning activities that enhance employee competence and professional development.

Required profile

Essential Nursing Diploma.
DHA licence as a Nurse.
Minimum two years recent experience in a medical ward.

Required skills

Ability to follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills within a healthcare setting.
