Assistant Product Manager

About the role

AIVI is looking for an Assistant Product Manager to help build and scale AI‑powered products and features across its fashion and lifestyle platform, while also managing payments. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design, finance and operations teams to define requirements, ship AI‑driven capabilities and ensure smooth, accurate checkout experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver AI‑powered product features end‑to‑end, translating model outputs into usable functionality.
• Own product requirements for customer payments and checkout, including gateway integrations, transaction processing and dispute handling.
• Write clear PRDs and user stories, manage backlog prioritisation and partner with senior product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering on agile delivery cycles – sprint planning, grooming, testing and release sign‑off.
• Analyse checkout and payments data to identify automation opportunities and improve conversion.
• Monitor product performance and AI feature adoption, translating insights into iteration plans.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably with AI‑powered features.
• Hands‑on experience with customer‑facing payment systems and checkout workflows.
• Understanding of e‑commerce payment concepts such as gateways, transaction processing, chargebacks and disputes.
• Ability to work with data using SQL or Excel for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across product, engineering, finance and operations.
