Assistant Professor of Business Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join our academic team as an Assistant Professor of Business Management at a leading educational institution in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development and research.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars and tutorials in Business Management subjects.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans and assessments.
• Provide academic guidance, career counseling and mentorship to students.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of Business Management curricula.
• Engage in research activities, publish findings and present at conferences.
• Participate in departmental meetings and administrative duties, including student assessment.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management or a closely related field (higher degree preferred).
• Minimum 3‑5 years of university‑level teaching experience in Business Management.
• Strong knowledge of business management theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated research experience with a record of academic publications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and educational technologies.
