Assistant Recruitment Manager

About the role

Fairmont The Palm is seeking an Assistant Recruitment Manager to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its luxury resort operations. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience, support the People & Culture team, and help maintain compliance with all recruitment policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, guaranteeing a positive experience for candidates.
• Support management and leadership in resolving recruitment‑related issues.
• Monitor hiring processes for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, interview documentation, and recruitment budgets.
• Conduct candidate interviews when required and manage relationships with external recruitment sources.
• Coordinate onboarding, including housing and visa processing, to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pool, including participation in Evolve Women initiatives.
• Assist with broader People & Culture tasks as directed by the P&C Manager and Director.

Required profile

• Previous administration or People & Culture experience in luxury hotels in Dubai.
• University or college degree in a related discipline is an asset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, confidentiality, and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Knowledge of Oasys (preferred).
