Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

Leen’s, a lifestyle‑focused brand located in Dubai’s DIFC, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead the service team and ensure a consistent, high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee floor service and ensure smooth operations during each shift.
• Lead, coach and schedule front‑of‑house staff, monitoring performance.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness and food quality.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering and stock management as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with opening and closing procedures.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and team members.
• Proven experience leading teams in fast‑paced hospitality environments.
• Good instinct for service flow, energy and overall guest experience.
• Solid understanding of food & beverage operations.
• Ownership mindset and ability to act quickly.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with a health‑focused, predominantly female clientele.
