About the role
Leen’s, a lifestyle‑focused brand located in Dubai’s DIFC, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead the service team and ensure a consistent, high‑quality guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee floor service and ensure smooth operations during each shift.
- Lead, coach and schedule front‑of‑house staff, monitoring performance.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness and food quality.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering and stock management as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with opening and closing procedures.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and team members.
- Proven experience leading teams in fast‑paced hospitality environments.
- Good instinct for service flow, energy and overall guest experience.
- Solid understanding of food & beverage operations.
- Ownership mindset and ability to act quickly.
- Hospitality background preferred.
- Comfortable engaging with a health‑focused, predominantly female clientele.
