Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

Creneau Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its Maison Mathis venues in Arabian Ranches and Dubai South. The role supports daily floor operations, staff development and guest experience in a licensed European dining setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee shift‑by‑shift service to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor and supervise waitstaff, hostesses and floor teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and UAE alcohol licensing regulations.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and manage floor escalations during busy periods.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to coordinate menu execution and food delivery timings.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or management experience in high‑volume, licensed European or French restaurants in the UAE.
• Strong background in European/French cuisine and service etiquette.
• Ability to lead teams, develop talent and solve operational problems.
• UAE licensed restaurant experience is mandatory.
