Assistant Restaurant Manager – Mix All Day Dining

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Mix All Day Dining outlet in delivering seamless service and a memorable guest experience. Working closely with the restaurant team, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure staff collaborate effectively to meet guest needs and service standards.
• Inspect employee grooming, attire, and correct any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the venue.
• Maintain organized storage areas, apply FIFO principles, and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and employee coaching.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and report incidents promptly.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous, professional service.

• Strong team‑oriented attitude with the ability to lead by example.
• Attention to detail in appearance, cleanliness, and inventory control.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 50 lb.
