About the role
PMKConsult is seeking an Assistant Retail Design Manager to support its design team in Dubai. You will work on retail projects, ensuring design quality and coordination while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary partners. This role offers the chance to develop your design management skills within a fast‑growing consultancy.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the design team and maintain design schedules.
- Manage design programmes and monitor progress.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Lead design/project meetings and document outcomes.
- Ensure design quality, coordination, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and manage design documentation.
- Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee BIM and design management processes.
- Maintain HSE and regulatory compliance throughout projects.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Based in Dubai.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time‑management abilities.
- Available to start on 1 November.
