Assistant Training Manager / Lead Trainer (London)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Training Manager / Lead Trainer to raise the service quality of our London chauffeur fleet. You will design and deliver engaging training programmes, adapt learning content for the local market and coach chauffeurs to consistently meet our five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact training sessions that embed luxury customer‑experience knowledge.
• Maintain and create London‑specific learning materials and initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for chauffeurs, answering queries and providing guidance.
• Assess chauffeurs against company standards, give constructive feedback and conduct one‑to‑one coaching.
• Collaborate with training teams in other regions to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a specialised training role with a proven record of engaging programmes.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑facing environment, preferably luxury services.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for developing others.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Google Slides.
• Experience with the Articulate 360 suite (desired).
