Assistant Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring for Aldar Properties' divisions and projects. This senior position supports senior management with strategic financial insights and capital allocation decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating the 5‑year Business Plan and financial projections.
• Monitor the Business Plan and quarterly forecasts, flag deviations and update management.
• Build financial models for capital allocation, funding requirements and investment valuations.
• Prepare and present FP&A reports, management decks and quarterly KPI reviews.
• Coordinate the Monthly Business Update report with corporate functions.
• Conduct financial analysis for new business proposals, joint ventures and development projects.
• Support the review and maintenance of internal financial policies.

Required profile

• UAE national with a minimum of 6 years of corporate finance or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced corporate finance and investment analysis expertise.
• Good understanding of IFRS accounting, preferably within real‑estate development.
• High ethical standards, strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Effective time‑management skills.
