Assistant Vice President, Wealth Management

About the role

As an Assistant Vice President in Wealth Management at Aldar, you will design and execute strategies that generate sales and business opportunities with financial institutions and high‑net‑worth individuals. The role focuses on expanding Aldar’s product reach and activating its land bank through targeted partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Aldar’s wealth management products to financial institutions and private investors.
• Identify and segment the financial market to uncover new business opportunities.
• Analyze insights from institutions to structure financially attractive deals that meet client preferences.
• Manage client relationships to ensure successful transaction completion.
• Develop business opportunities such as joint ventures, land sales, and partnerships with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and cultivate relationships.
• Create customized presentation materials for existing and prospective clients.
• Activate the land bank by identifying local and regional fund owners and connecting with HNI.
• Build financial cases, term sheets and secure agreement sign‑offs to finalize transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, banking or real‑estate development.
• Background in banking, investment consultancy, or a real‑estate developer firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of banking and financial analysis.
• Ability to liaise and influence internal divisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market.
• Awareness of competitor products and unique selling points.
• Negotiation expertise.
