Assistant/Associate/Full Professor – Public Health & Healthcare Management

About the role

Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University seeks a full‑time faculty member to join its School of Health Sciences. The position is open at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor and focuses on public health and healthcare management education and research.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online courses covering public health, health economics, operations management, health quality, and health management.
• Design curriculum materials and e‑content that integrate industry best practices and emerging digital technologies.
• Conduct high‑quality research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, develop grant proposals, and supervise capstone projects.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate learners throughout their academic journey.
• Create and deliver professional short courses and workshops for targeted professional audiences.
• Participate in program accreditation activities and other institutional service duties.

Required profile

• PhD in Public Health or Healthcare Management from an accredited university (top‑ranked institutions preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare management with practical application experience.
• Proven record of teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, especially in online environments.
• Experience developing professional workshops and supervising research projects.
