Associate – Business Tax (UAE, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

As an Associate in Business Tax at Deloitte in Abu Dhabi, you will join a leading professional services firm recognised for its award‑winning culture and commitment to impact. You will work within the Tax & Legal practice, supporting clients on direct and business tax matters while developing your technical and professional capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate and develop leadership capabilities, including personal learning, accountability and effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver tax services and contribute to the priorities of the Business Tax team.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to support tax engagements and regulatory matters.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Business or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in tax, accounting, finance or audit (preferred).
• Strong interest in taxation and regulatory issues.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
