About the role

Third Bridge is seeking a motivated Associate to join its Client Services team in Dubai. This is a launchpad position designed for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced, target‑driven environments and want to build a career in sales, account management, and research.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and engage industry experts to secure their participation in client calls.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects, understanding client needs and scheduling high‑calibre expert interviews.
• Cold‑call experts across multiple sectors, overcome objections, and achieve daily outreach targets.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge services such as content library, surveys, and advisory solutions.

Required profile

• Comfortable making high‑volume phone calls and initiating conversations with senior professionals.
• Curious, quick learner who enjoys solving complex problems.
• Resilient, goal‑oriented, and able to build rapport rapidly.
• Strong commercial awareness and desire to develop business acumen.
