Associate Commercial Analyst

About the role

The Associate Commercial Analyst will support the Property Inside Sales and Jobs verticals by providing data‑driven insights, improving processes, and helping shape commercial strategy across Bayut & dubizzle’s platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support target‑setting for Property Inside Sales and Jobs verticals and track performance against targets.
• Build, maintain and automate dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, sales productivity and commercial metrics.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis on high‑volume, multi‑source datasets to identify opportunities, inefficiencies and revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor competitor performance and pricing strategies, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to deliver analytical insights for data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• 2‑3 years of experience in strategy, business analytics or sales enablement within an internet/e‑commerce environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and commercial/financial acumen.

Required skills

• Proficient in SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
