Associate Creative Director

About the role

We are partnering with a reputable interior design firm to hire an Associate Creative Director based in Dubai. You will work closely with the Creative Director to uphold the studio’s creative vision and ensure design excellence across luxury residential projects for VIP clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director in maintaining overall creative vision and design standards.
• Review and approve design concepts and project deliverables, providing direction and feedback.
• Oversee design quality on luxury residential projects, especially for VIP clientele.
• Balance regional influences with European and UK design aesthetics.
• Provide creative guidance to the design team to ensure consistent, high‑quality output.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement in design and FF&E.
• Escalate key creative or project risks to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with luxury projects and VIP clients.
• Understanding of Arabic and European design styles.
• Strong creative judgement with the ability to review, challenge and develop concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Dubai.
