Associate Customer Success Manager

About the role

APRIL is seeking a motivated Associate Customer Success Manager to join its growing Customer Success team. You will work closely with a Senior Customer Success Manager, supporting strategic wealth‑management and enterprise clients while building the expertise needed to manage your own portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior CSMs to serve APRIL’s strategic wealth‑management and enterprise clients.
• Participate in client meetings, implementation discussions, business reviews, and day‑to‑day account management.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and navigate complex organisational structures.
• Own client requests, follow‑ups, and project coordination to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Tax Operations, and Implementation teams to deliver client initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement and deliver additional value.
• Gradually assume full ownership of client calls and account management responsibilities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised with solid project‑management and follow‑through abilities.
• Curious, coachable, and eager to grow into managing strategic enterprise accounts.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
