Associate Dining Room Attendant – Employee Dining

About the role

The Associate Dining Room Attendant supports the Employee Dining Room at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, ensuring a welcoming and well‑maintained space for hotel staff. Working closely with the In‑Room Dining and Food & Beverage teams, you will help deliver a smooth, high‑quality dining experience for colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the dining room, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each service period.
• Support food service by setting up displays and assisting with menu item presentation.
• Engage with employees in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain organization of service areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment and inventory control.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
