Associate Director - Events & Partnership (Saadiyat Grove)

About the role

The Associate Director, Events & Partnerships will shape and deliver a vibrant programme of events and strategic collaborations that enhance Saadiyat Grove’s cultural relevance, drive visitor numbers and foster a strong sense of community for residents, workers and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the events and programming strategy, aligning with destination positioning and phased development.
• Build an integrated annual calendar covering public realm events, cultural programming, retail and F&B activations, and residential/community activities.
• Concept and deliver flagship events that anchor Saadiyat Grove’s cultural and lifestyle narrative.
• Identify, negotiate and manage long‑term strategic partnerships across culture, lifestyle, food, wellness, fashion and design.
• Own residential and community programming, collaborating with Asset Management, CX and Property Management to build belonging and loyalty.
• Work closely with retail and F&B tenants to co‑create events that serve both destination and resident audiences.
• Oversee budgets, agencies and suppliers, ensuring governance, operational excellence and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in events management, community programming or strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to design and deliver large‑scale public and tenant‑led events.
• Experience collaborating with residential, commercial and asset‑management teams.
