Associate Director, Interior Design

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking an Associate Director to lead interior design across its master‑plan projects. You will shape the vision for each product, ensuring it aligns with the overall masterplan and architectural identity while delivering high‑quality, best‑in‑class interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of master‑plan projects, defining interior design vision and ensuring alignment with brand philosophy.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including external consultants and architects, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage international and local consultants to guarantee interior design excellence.
• Review space planning, material selection, detailing, and FF&E specifications for compliance with project briefs.
• Control design submittals, mock‑ups, purchase orders, and ensure adherence to brand standards, schedule, and budget.
• Act as client representative for cost control, value engineering, and contractual matters.
• Supervise execution of interior works, mock‑up rooms, and material installations.
• Conduct technical and progress meetings, prepare senior‑management reports, and enforce design policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading interior design projects for large‑scale developments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of interior design standards, space planning, material selection, and FF&E coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality controls.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
