Associate Director of Talent Acquisition (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and expand the recruitment function for a fast‑growing data‑centre start‑up in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape global talent strategies, engage with senior and C‑suite candidates, and ensure the delivery of top‑quality hires across construction, engineering and real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
• Source, assess and manage senior‑level and C‑suite candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Oversee hiring across multiple verticals within construction and engineering projects.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract and retain high‑calibre talent.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Lead, mentor and develop a recruitment team to meet increasing project demands.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of recruitment experience in construction, engineering or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record managing and leading recruitment teams.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit senior and C‑suite talent.
• Strong understanding of the relevant market and compensation trends.
