Business Operations Lead

About the role

The Business Operations Lead will oversee day‑to‑day business functions, ensuring alignment with company goals, compliance standards, and efficient delivery of HR, sales, billing and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• People & Operations Management: ensure compliance with internal policies, oversee end‑to‑end team processes, support hiring, onboarding, performance reviews and compensation planning.
• Sales Operations: monitor sales processes, maintain documentation and ensure service activation compliance.
• Billing & Collections: manage accounts receivable, track collections, identify high‑risk accounts and ensure timely invoicing.
• Operations & Documentation Management: keep client contract, mobilization and invoicing records accurate, drive process improvements using systems such as SmartRecruiters.
• Logistics & Cost Control: supervise IT assets, hardware allocation, transportation and accommodation logistics while optimizing costs.
• Compliance & Governance: uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
• Team Leadership & Communication: build a high‑performing operations team, conduct regular meetings and foster a positive work environment.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, track KPIs and provide insights on hiring, resource utilization and AR status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in operations, HR or business management, preferably in staffing, outsourcing or service‑based environments.
