Associate Director, Priority Banking

About the role

The Associate Director, Priority Banking will lead revenue generation and business development initiatives for high‑net‑worth clients in Dubai. This senior position drives the digital agenda, oversees sales performance, and ensures exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and customer acquisition targets.
• Lead sales management, cross‑sell initiatives, and aggressive call plans to acquire large prospective customers.
• Maintain and update sales MIS, customer information systems, and generate accurate reports.
• Activate dormant accounts and ensure compliance with global process standards and data confidentiality.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing priority customers to increase share of wallet and revenue.
• Manage the portfolio to mitigate attrition risk and maintain stability.
• Lead people and talent initiatives, including training, succession planning, and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in priority or wealth banking with a strong sales track record.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and manage risk.
• Excellent understanding of customer demographics, assets, and banking products.
• Strong commitment to compliance, process improvement, and customer confidentiality.
