Associate Director - Talent

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an Associate Director – Talent to lead its talent agenda across acquisition, development and retention. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and shape strategic talent initiatives for a fast‑growing education network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year talent strategy aligned with organizational growth and workforce needs.
• Design and run leadership assessment processes for executive, senior‑management and management positions.
• Provide talent insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead a team of talent acquisition and development professionals, offering guidance and mentorship.
• Monitor staff turnover, analyse retention drivers and collaborate with People & Culture on improvement actions.
• Establish and manage succession planning to ensure a pipeline of leadership‑ready talent.
• Implement and optimise talent technologies, including ATS, LMS and performance enablement platforms.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, learning & development, and succession planning.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive data‑based talent decisions.
• Strong track record of managing high‑performing HR teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with performance enablement platforms.
