Associate Financial Control

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Financial Control to join our MENA Financial Control team in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Financial Control (MENA), you will support accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and audit processes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting deliverables in line with IFRS.
• Draft statutory financial statements, notes and supporting workings for MENA entities and assist with year‑end close and external audit.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, journal entries, audit lead schedules and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate audit support.
• Support VAT and other tax reporting requirements, focusing on UAE and KSA regulations.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation and AI‑enabled financial analysis.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented finance professional with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance and audit coordination.
• Knowledge of IFRS and regional tax regulations (UAE, KSA).
