Associate Graphics Designer

About the role

The Associate Graphics Designer will support KBR’s Business Development team by creating high‑quality visual assets for digital and print channels. This role focuses on translating complex engineering and consulting concepts into clear, brand‑aligned designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design visuals for client presentations, proposals, capability decks and strategic submissions.
• Create assets such as banners, infographics, and presentation graphics.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both print and digital use.
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to ensure design consistency.
• Maintain accurate documentation and archive approved materials.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and stay updated on design trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of graphic design experience, including internships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback.
• Effective communication and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of layout design, color theory, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Experience using Microsoft Office for presentation preparation.
