Associate – Health & Life Sciences Consulting (Dubai)

About the role

Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Sciences practice is expanding in Dubai and seeks an Associate to support clients in payer, provider, digital health and life‑sciences sectors. The role involves working side‑by‑side with clients to translate strategic visions into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of project workstreams, including hypothesis development, data collection, model building and analysis.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations and discuss insights with clients and stakeholders.
• Support Partner groups in project delivery through accurate, high‑quality execution.
• Report to Engagement Managers and Principals, seeking guidance on technical or senior‑level advice.
• Coach junior consultants and help develop their skill sets.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Prior experience in health‑related topics such as pharmaceuticals, MedTech or biotechnology.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program; MD or clinical degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
