About the role
The Associate HSES Specialist supports the HSES team in planning, implementing and coordinating health, safety, environment and security programmes across complex energy projects. Working closely with senior HSES Specialists and Supervisors, the role contributes to preventing hazardous conditions and ensuring safe, sustainable operations in offshore and on‑shore environments.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HSES Specialists and Supervisors to develop and execute HSES plans.
- Identify, assess and help correct hazardous conditions on projects such as subsea infrastructure, offshore platforms and wind installations.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Support the preparation of HSES documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Ability to apply conceptual knowledge of HSES theories, practices and procedures.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary energy projects is advantageous.
