AECOM is looking for an experienced Associate Landscape Architect to join its dynamic design team in Dubai. Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple landscape architecture projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive site opportunity and constraint studies, present findings, and develop creative design proposals.
• Mentor junior staff, provide performance feedback, and support their professional growth.
• Oversee project budgets, track financial performance, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Manage client interfaces, present design solutions, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
