Associate Lawyer (Fluent in Chinese)

About the role

Neolegal is seeking a full‑time Associate Lawyer to join its Dubai office. The role supports partners in advising high‑growth clients on corporate, blockchain and commercial matters, with a special focus on Chinese‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, transaction documents, governance frameworks and compliance policies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda and regulatory filings.
• Participate in client meetings, manage case files and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Liaise with Chinese‑speaking clients, review bilingual documents and support cross‑border matters involving Chinese jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a law degree from a recognised institution and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
