About the role
The Associate Onboarding role supports the Government Entity in Abu Dhabi by ensuring new hires experience a smooth and engaging entry into the organization. You will work closely with HR and recruitment teams to coordinate orientation, training, and onboarding activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Enroll new hires in orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that track onboarding activities.
- Create onboarding kits and handbooks to provide quick access to essential information.
- Draft and send welcome emails covering position details and general policies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding policies and procedures.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
