About the role
Abu Dhabi University is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Assistant to join its Talent Empowerment and Growth Department at the Abu Dhabi Campus. This full‑time administrative position supports recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates while helping the university attract and retain a skilled, diverse workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Identify, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates.
- Manage recruitment records and related administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong foundation in recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Adaptable with keen attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
