Associate Principal Facade Engineer

About the role

The Associate Principal Facade Engineer will lead the delivery of façade engineering consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of façade engineering on single‑discipline and multidisciplinary projects.
• Prepare and oversee engineering calculations, drawing packages, technical reports, specifications, and design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance on structural glass assemblies, curtain wall systems, glazing systems, skylights, windows, and building‑envelope solutions.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and progress, reporting risks and requirements.
• Contribute to bid preparation, proposals, and technical submissions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and consultants within the façade team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading façade engineering projects and teams.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or large workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating across regional offices (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai).
