About the role
This position supports a global private investor in Abu Dhabi, focusing on real‑estate and infrastructure private‑market fund investments. The associate will be involved in the full transaction lifecycle, from sourcing to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Execute investments into real‑estate and infrastructure funds.
- Develop and analyse financial models for potential investments.
- Support due‑diligence activities and prepare related documentation.
- Present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee.
- Assist portfolio‑management functions, including the creation of strategic business plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top‑tier university.
- Experience in infrastructure or real‑estate fund investing or investment‑banking focused on infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and financial‑modelling capabilities.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work full‑time in Abu Dhabi.
