Community Engagement Manager – Abu Dhabi Food Hub

About the role

The Community Engagement Manager at Abu Dhabi Food Hub (ADFH) is responsible for maintaining operational integrity, safety and compliance of the live market environment. Acting as the primary client‑facing representative, the role embeds a safety‑first culture among tenants, oversees outsourced services and ensures a clean, safe market experience that drives tenant retention.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily market operations to ensure cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance, and conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Oversee outsourced service providers, enforce SLAs, manage performance deductions and control operating expenses.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and clients, handling operational concerns, onboarding, and safety inductions.
• Implement strategies to protect revenue, prevent incidents and maintain ADFH’s premium market positioning.
• Prepare and analyse reports on operations, contractor performance and compliance, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in contract management, property management services, civil engineering or project management.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and good knowledge of Arabic (preferred).
